THE CHALLENGE
Pii came to DG+ with a solid marketing foundation and brand strategy developed by a knowledgeable internal team. However, it needed support to amplify its presence and credibility in an increasingly competitive market. Pii’s goal was to engage its audience through meaningful, informative content that demonstrated its expertise. It recognized multiple opportunities to elevate its identity:
- Strengthen digital presence: Pii had clear value propositions, but without blogs, thought leadership, or press coverage, it remained hidden from potential customers. While Pii maintained a strong physical presence through industry events and trade shows, it needed an equally robust digital presence to attract new business.
- Build credibility: Despite recent successes — including new certifications and key partnerships — Pii lacked the communications and design resources to showcase its milestones and develop complementary thought leadership.
- Drive brand awareness: Pii is more than an EV charging solutions provider, but it struggled to tell its full story. Its offerings extend across power management, are complemented by outstanding service capabilities, and are backed by major players like EVSTAR. Pii needed to communicate its differentiators more effectively and more clearly.
- Unify messaging and design: With no in-house design team, Pii’s marketing and sales collateral lacked a consistent voice and style. Alignment in messaging and design was needed across digital assets, printed materials, and trade show displays to enhance its brand identity and communication efforts.
