Casey Conrad

Associate, Clean Energy

Casey graduated from Princeton University with a concentration in Geosciences and a certificate in Environmental Studies in May of 2021. He will begin his Master’s of Science in Environmental Science and Management program with a dual specialization in Energy & Climate and Economics & Politics of the Environment at the University of California, Santa Barbara in September of 2021.

Previous to DG+Design, Casey interned for Emzingo as a strategy and sustainability consultant, the Princeton University Geosciences Department as a research assistant, and the USDA Forest Service conducting science communication. Casey looks forward to gaining a better understanding of the intersection between renewable energy and private businesses, with a particular focus on financial and market research institutions. He hopes to develop a career that progresses the rapid switch to a fossil-free US electricity grid. In his free time, Casey loves to run, hike, and go camping. He also loves water-based sports, including water polo, swimming, and surfing.
