Who do we work with on the DG+ team?

You'll have a dedicated account lead and a small project team that typically includes a strategist, writer, and designer. For web projects, a developer joins the team. You'll know everyone by name, and the same people will be with you for the duration of the engagement.

What's included in account management?

Account management is built into every engagement. That includes a dedicated account lead, project kickoff, biweekly meetings, a client-facing Asana board, and weekly status updates. We believe strong relationships produce better work.

How long does it take to see results from a campaign?

Most campaigns take four to six weeks to build before they're fully live — strategy, creative development, and channel setup take time to do well. Once live, meaningful performance data typically emerges within the first four to six weeks of active running. We set realistic expectations at the start of every engagement.

What does a typical campaign deliverable set look like?

It varies by scope, but a standard campaign includes a strategy brief, audience and channel plan, creative assets (ads, email, social), a landing page, a thought leadership anchor piece (white paper or webinar), and a performance dashboard. We report regularly and optimize throughout.

What channels do you run campaigns on?

It depends on your audience. For B2B clean energy companies, LinkedIn, email, and targeted digital ads are often the highest-value channels. We also have experience with Google Search, industry publications, direct mail, and event-based outreach. Channel selection is always driven by strategy, not assumption.

What's the difference between brand messaging and campaign messaging?

Brand messaging is foundational — it defines who you are, what you do, and why it matters across all audiences and channels. Campaign messaging is specific to a particular initiative, audience, or offer. We develop both, and good campaign messaging always builds on a strong brand foundation.

Do your campaign packages include paid advertising spend?

No — our fees cover strategy, creative, and management. Paid media spend is a separate budget item. We'll recommend a realistic spend range as part of campaign planning and can manage the buying on your behalf.

Can you run a campaign if we don't have a CRM set up?

We can help you get there. DG+ has hands-on experience implementing HubSpot for lead capture, nurture workflows, and pipeline tracking. If you're running a lead generation campaign without a CRM, you're leaving a significant amount of value on the table — we'll build it into the engagement.
