Who do we work with on the DG+ team?

You'll have a dedicated account lead and a small project team that typically includes a strategist, writer, and designer. For web projects, a developer joins the team. You'll know everyone by name, and the same people will be with you for the duration of the engagement.

What makes DG+ different from a general marketing agency?

DG+ works exclusively with clean energy and climate tech companies. What does an engagement with DG+ actually look like day to day?

Every engagement includes a dedicated project team, a structured kickoff, biweekly check-in meetings, and a client-facing Asana board so you always know what's in progress. You can reach us on Slack, by email, or by phone — we work as an extension of your team, not at arm's length.

We already have a logo and brand guidelines. Do we still need the Brand Foundation package?

Not necessarily. If your brand system is solid and consistent, we can build on it. The Brand Foundation package is designed for companies starting from scratch or undergoing a significant rebrand. If you just need messaging or a website, those can be scoped separately.

What's the difference between a website refresh and a full rebrand?

A website refresh updates messaging, design, and development while staying within your existing brand system. A full rebrand starts from scratch — new visual identity, new messaging framework, then a new website built on that foundation. If your brand is strong but your site is outdated, a refresh is usually the faster, more cost-effective path.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines and assets?

Yes. Many of our engagements build on existing brand systems. We'll audit what you have, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and work within your guidelines — or recommend updates if they're holding your marketing back.
